Wat Chalong Temple
Keep in mind that you will need to take your shoes off during while entering most of the temples. Plan accordingly and do not wear shoes that don’t fit or are difficult to remove. A lot of the times mix ups may happen and shoes may be lost as there aren’t proper places to store them in. Wearing simple flip flops is the best option here. It is inappropriate to wear clothes which bear your shoulders, waist or legs in the temple. It is better to be dressed conservatively.
Big Buddha
The donation boxes at the bottom of the building are the only way in which this touristic site is financed. Do not wear beachwear, short skirts and T-shirts with hostile writings or pictures.
Tiger Kingdom
You need to sign a waiver to visit the tigers in cages. Although no accident has happened so far, caution is advised. Be very careful while interacting with the tigers. They are wild animals after all.
